to support family, farming, and togetherness.

Valere — derived from Latin meaning strength, growth, and worth — reflects the very heart of this project.

Emma and her family wanted a dedicated living space on the farm for her father, who spends his summers helping with daily operations and enjoying time with his grandchildren. Rather than separate their family or disrupt farm life, they chose to create an attainable ADU solution that would keep everyone connected while providing privacy, comfort, and independence.

The TMOD™ ADU now serves as his seasonal home base — a place where mornings begin with work on the land and evenings end surrounded by family. The design supports multi-generational living while preserving the working rhythm of the farm.
